Debbie France is a multilingual (English, French and Spanish) seasoned business leader with 21 plus years leading talented teams to achieve strategic business objectives. Over the years, the teams she has led have thrived under her firm but easy going leadership style.

Debbie started her managerial career in 1998 with SADE C.G.T.H., a renowned French water engineering company which executed a 40 million USD water supply project in Peki, Ghana. As deputy to the Country Manager, Debbie supervised over 250 skilled, unskilled and expatriate employees all across Ghana, all the while liaising with the parent company in Paris, France and key government leaders in the various Ministries and Public sector organizations.
With her excellent interpersonal skills as well as business savvy, the parent company depended on her to form relationships with key stakeholders including Ghana Water Company Ltd., various Ministries and Public sector organizations.
With experience in navigating both private and public sector parties, her multi-lingual abilities and project management background, Debbie’s skills were highly sought after and after the completion of the project in Ghana in 2004, Debbie joined Graphicolor Limited, a leading French company providing ( and sole distributor of HP Indigo commercial presses in West and Central Africa ) digital printing services to foreign and non-governmental agencies, state and private organizations in Ghana and La Cote d’Ivoire. Debbie executed a successful management Buy-Out and took over as Managing Director from 2010-2017.
In March 2017, Debbie wound down the operations of Graphicolor and rebranded the business under the name Mahogany Row Limited, again seizing the opportunity to strategically position the company to grow by focusing on the company’s core operations and unique selling position. With a seasoned and dedicated staff focused on achieving the company’s bold and ambitious goals, Debbie has once more proven herself as the intuitive, savvy and transformational business leader with the expertise to hire and develop great talent and leverage on her excellent stakeholder management skills to win.
Debbie holds an Executive MBA in Entrepreneurial Management from the University of Ghana Business School and graduated with a B.A Hons (Upper Class) in Combined Major – French and Spanish from the University of Ghana. In June 1994, she earned a Diploma in Spanish Proficiency from the University of Barcelona, Spain.
Debbie is passionate about under-privileged children and ensuring that they have opportunities to grow and thrive. She is adventurous, has a curious mind about different cultures and is passionate about travel, food and the Arts, especially, theatre.

Ashiokai is a global transformational HR Business leader with knowledge and expertise working with highly matrixed, multinational organizations in the United States, the United Kingdom and Africa.

She has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Ghana and a Master’s in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota, USA and Université Catholique de Louvain, Belgium. She is currently the HR Director for Vodafone Ghana, responsible for the people strategy as well as working with the CEO and EXCO to set and deliver the strategy for Vodafone Ghana. Prior to Vodafone, she worked in various progressive HR roles with Medtronic (USA and UK), Honeywell (USA) and Ernst&Young (Ghana).
Ashiokai has been recognized both locally and internationally for her contributions to the HR field and building successful teams as well as positioning Vodafone Ghana as an employer of choice. She is credited for leading Vodafone towards Top Employer certification in Ghana and Africa the last 4 years. Most recently, she was recognized as the HR Practitioner of the Year in Ghana (2021) and among the Top 50 HR Leaders in Africa.

Nii Ayi Hyde is the Managing Director for Somotex Ghana Limited and Somoco Ghana Limited. A results-driven astute business professional with over twenty years’ experience in several industries, Nii Ayi is known for his focus on driving efficiency, product development, growth and expansion.

In his current position, Nii Ayi is responsible overseeing the overall P & L, strategic direction, as well as provide leadership, operational planning, talent management, financial planning and risk management.
In addition to successfully managing the various businesses he is also responsible for establishing factories and assembly lines in Ghana for Motor vehicles, Televisions, Refrigerators, Freezers and Air Conditioners. He has increased the footprints of the company’s retail arm, Electromart, 28 outlets, sold over 83,000 vehicles in Ghana and continues to explore opportunities for growth. Nii is a proponent of diversity, inclusion and representation and this is evident in how he manages his teams.
Before joining Somotex and Somoco in Ghana Nii Ayi had a career in the UK as a business development executive and a Banker with Barclays Bank. He is a graduate of The Henley Business School, UK and has an LLB (Hons) degree in Business Law, and a postgraduate diploma in Legal Practice from University of Huddersfield, UK.
