Capacity Building Workshop for NPOs

From 30th September to 1st October 2025, The Sunshine Children’s Foundation participated in a two-day Capacity Building Workshop on Anti–Money Laundering and Counter–Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT). The workshop was organized by the Non-Profit Organisation Secretariat in collaboration with the Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC).

The programme focused on strengthening governance, transparency, accountability, and regulatory compliance among non-profit organisations in Ghana. It provided valuable insights into best practices, risk management, and the importance of strong internal systems.

Beyond the learning sessions, the workshop also created opportunities for networking, collaboration, and knowledge sharing with other civil society organisations, all working towards greater impact and sustainability.
